評核

每月月中除了大家引頸以待的roster外
還有CPP，即appraisal。

每個月的每班機都會被評核
仔細分成不同項目，每個細項的滿分為6

做得特別好/不好的話，Flight Purser還可能會留下written comment。
（我聽過有同事收到「建議返回training school」的comment......）

最後總結出一個百份比，說明了你在眾多同事中的排位。

說了這麼多，其實想說的是，那一次被抓standby，工作時感覺很差；
因為覺得自己被hardtime了，只好默默的站在一旁吃飯。

原來不是啊。原來阿哥是好人啊。
