To begin with, food poisoning left me half dead before I went to work.
As if it was not bad enough, I was absent-minded and tripped when I got off the shuttle bus...Colleagues behind me were all shocked and asked me if I was alright. It hurt so bad I got a big bruise on my fleshy thigh and a swollen ankle.
"Nevermind," I told myself, "working in Business class should be easy; I am confident about that". I WAS SO WRONG.
Got picked on by the woman. She looked fierce and proved she really was. I did nothing wrong. Nothing wrong; nothing not in accordance with black and white. Everything she nagged me about was...idk, trivial? Non-sense? Or is it indeed a way to brag about her authority/ seniority?
I was lucky to have two fellows who were on the same side with me. But like seriously? Taking advantage of another colleague is definitely the most absurd accusation I have ever heard! Are you blind?
Obviously she got on my nerves; I became so self-conscious; broke a glass and accidentally cut myself.
I know the last part is my problem. I would not put the blame on her. But really, it is a waste of time to work with people like this. People who consider themselves superior to others; people who think experience outweighs intelligence and respect.
Luckily every cloud has a silver lining...tbc
